I would give 0 starts if I could. Our school brought them in for Covid testing and this company completely messed up getting results to people. Now to make it so much worse, they are continuing to bill my insurance over and over again fraudulently. My insurance mistakenly paid them twice but they have submitted at least 5 claims for more money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My now husband and I scheduled our PCR tests on 12/22/21 for 1/7 and paid to get expedited results on 1/8 for our 1/10 honeymoon. I was frantically emailing on the day of our wedding and the day after (and after) to obtain our results and never even received a response to this day, in addition to never getting our results.

Our honeymoon was completely ruined as we weren't able to get an alternate PCR test scheduled in time. It's taken me almost 3 months to even relive this long enough to write a review. Shame on this fraudulent organization.

The staff is very friendly! They made my travels possible and easy during these crazy times! My family and I were very pleased with the service! I highly recommend!

I had a last minute international flight today and PMCDx was able to squeeze me in right before closing! super helpful and honest customer service! will highly recommend if you are looking for a quick solution for traveling

We were very pleased with the service. We arrived on time, they were located on the back of the campus and we just followed the signs. Everything was lightning fast quick there was no wait and the staff were efficient. You don't have to get out of your car to do the test. The swab was quick and not painful. We paid their premium for a same day service and we received a document within a few hours for our international travel with a QR code in it.

It was accepted by Egypt Air. This is one of the few facilities in MD that is capable of doing PCR test on the spot and have the machines for it. Worth the price. Highly recommend them.

I will not recommend this facility. I had a PCR done on 1/4/22 for 7 hours result. Didn't received an email so went back to the site this morning only to get a text telling me the results are inclusive and need to be rerun. After 2 hours of back and forth text, went to the office to see the manager, who refused to talk to me because I kept insisting on a timeline of the results.

Flight is 4:30 today. The Sameday testing place offered a friend of mine a 15mins test when the results became inconclusive. But this facility will communicate via text when they want. I understand they're overwhelmed, I am also RN who feels the same. But listening and communication to person is important and humane.

HORRIBLE experience! After working so hard to find a flight and a booking for a COVID test, my wife's results were not provided within 12 hours. It is now 48 hours later and my wife has missed her flight. We have emailed many times and tried to call where no one answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. Not one courtesy response to our emails to tell us what is happening.

We got through once by chance, and the person said the results were to be sent last night and nothing has been sent. My wife is waiting for the results to be able to book her new flight. Other testing labs are books for the foreseeable future. What a NIGHTMARE this has caused in our lives. Truly unprofessional!

DANGEROUSLY incompetent customer service. Promised my employer 24 hour PCR results. 4 days later, no results. Keeps telling my employer all results will be in, just give us a few more hours. Says this for days. I can't talk to them because their phone number is just a voicemall full error and they don't answer my emails. For days it's like this. They finally tell my employer that anyone who hasn't gotten a result is negative.

So I'm negative, but I tell my employer I insist on getting a written result. My employer sends email, and a few hours later I get a written positive result from PMCDx. Glad I didn't trust them. Bonus ugliness: during the week I waited while the company was in full meltdown, on Facebook they hyped their 24 hour covid testing and the CEO gave a TED talk. Like Nero fiddling while Rome burns.

I used PMCDx service for my international travel on Christmas Eve. I got my PCR test result of Covid on the same day. They included the bar code which airline needed. I was happy with turn around time and the fact that airline staff was familiar with PMCDx. I highly recommend this place for travelers.

This place was the only place that I could find to book an appointment in DMV area before traveling on Christmas Eve. My mother had to travel to Europe on the Christmas day. She tested at CVS 4 days ago but she never received her result. I booked an urgent appointment for my mother and despite the fact that staff were extremely busy when we arrived for testing, we got our result just on time.

The staff mentioned that because of high volume request, there may be a delay. The staff are so nice, honest and friendly. I highly recommend this place for those who are in desperate need for testing. Thank you so much PMC laboratory for providing such needed service during Holidays where no one else offers it. If it was not because of you, my mom could not make it for her trip and we would have lost several thousands of dollars. YOU WERE AWSOME. Merry Christmas!
