I was in Menards and has a question about acrylic being laser safe. I emailed the company and had a response within an hour. So unusual and so appreciated!

Worst place to work. They wont pay what they say they will. Good luck if u try it.

Purchased a large acrylic mirror for a sliding door in my garage. AmeriLux 48"W x 72"H Clear Acrylic Frameless Mirror from Menards. After mounting the mirror to the solid door I removed the protective film only to discover that the reflective surface has 4 warps in it. It was a colossal waste of $200 dollars! If you're thinking of using this to replace a mirror don't waste your time and money.

To whom it may concern: Please Read HTRUCKLINE LLC 2-19-2021 AmeriLux Logistics, LLC particularly their brokerage are disrespectful and play a very dirty game in brokerage-trucking company business interaction. We did a truck load for them, during this winter storm QUIANA which is sweeping the most of the country. We had a truck driver who drove through the snow and ice to delivery a 53 foot trailer load of goods to Lebanon IN on the 15th of February. However, after driving 500 miles and finally reaching the destination, the facility was closed! Amerilux Logistics, LLC went on to point the finger at us and said that we were supposed to call the receiver to set an appointment for delivery.

The funny thing about this is that we did call multiple times and told them no one answered. Unfortunately, the story gets worse. My driver sat in a semi truck for 24 hours in the snow until the company opened the following day. He finally got the goods unloaded and when we requested 750 dollars for having to stay there overnight, they literally LAUGHED me off.

They pointed the finger back at us again (even though they are the brokerage and they work directly with the shipper and reciever, we just deliver the goods). Now hear this, the manager said they are receiving 250$ from their customer, that is for my drivers layover, but, only going to pay him HALF. They are effectively stealing 125$ from our drivers hard earned money.

This is the most unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful interaction I ever had in my 10 years as a professional trucking company. The manager had the audacity to blame us and made us lose money but most importantly RISK our safety just to get laughed off by manager and co. PLEASE ADVISE: Be careful working with AmeriLux Logistics Brokerage. This is a genuine PSA : they will make make a contractual agreement (We have a copy) and do not respect the contract. I am appalled by the dirty tactics this company plays Sincerely, Mike.

Arrived the night before for a 7am pickup the next morning. Checked in at 7am and was told I'd be loaded by 10am. Checked in at 11am and was just ignored by everyone and trailer was till empty.checked back at almost 4pm and asked a random guy why was going on.he went and asked around and found the guy supposed to load me. Freight was sitting there all day and I got to waste the entire day with these folks.just don't care about truckers time

I arrived a day early for my appointment to pickup. Everyone was very nice. Load wasn't ready yet. Understandable! They came and knocked on my door in the morning when it was ready. ahead of appointment time! Everyone theirs trucker has come in contact with has been extremely courteous. Thank You!
