Right Networks worked well for my needs to access Quickbooks Desktop remotely. Easy to setup. I am switching and no longer need the service. I had to call to cancel, which is annoying. They did answer right away. However, I had to practically give them my blood type to complete the process. It was things last four of your cc#; associated phone number; last amount on your invoice; etc.
When I said I had no idea about the last amount on an invoice, she sent it to me. That just makes no sense. Customer service was very friendly though and she connected me with Intuit to cancel that part of my service. So that was great.

Rocky experience: slow, expensive. My Mac (which had to ape a PC even to work with RN) was disconnected nearly every time I walked away from it. The "technical support" response: this wasn't really happening; I was just making it up. When it came time to renew our contract, our salesperson also did little to address our concerns, so we set up a an in-house Quickbooks server. They kept charging us $219 per month, but refunded it when I threatened to tell the world how I really felt. Thanks, guys.

Not anything like you would think it is. I am looking for a centralized Quickbooks that I can dial into remotely, so I was sent to these people. This is useless. Don't even bother trying to implement this system because in the end, you will only be disappointed. Save your money and especially your time.

My accountant has our QuickBooks on the Right Networks system. Makes it very easy for me to do the parts I know and want to do while letting the bookkeeping team do their regular tasks. You know the tool is good when you go years without issue. Today was the first time I had to contact support because the system had a hiccup and redirected me to the website login instead of the remote desktop.
The tech support person and I quickly worked through the password reset loop I was stuck in, and he had me back in the remote desktop session no problem. He actually didn't have to fix anything, it was just that hiccup of the connection. But, he was courteous and we had no problems communicating.

Had to do a chat with customer service due to QB file corruption and slowness of the rdp os and QB and they kept telling me its not their issue and was told to call Quickbooks data service. I get the fact I need to sign out and save. I now know they can restore even if I did not make a backup copy but the bookkeeper start billing and was too late to go back so this is our fault for not knowing our options.
But if rdp session is logged out so should Quickbooks. But I also do understand that not all automation and people are perfect. Although with years of using their service this is the first time. Maybe this happened while the rdp serve was pushing updates. Regardless its our fault but while trying to understand what happens during log off they were too busy sending me corporate jargon.
Its your fault. They were unable to answer the log off question. May be they should have ask their engineers and informed me instead of blaming my file as the problem of issue and slowness. I provided ping and tracert info which was clean and they refused to address slowness which had degraded from when we first started service and 6 other using the service also shared with me the same issue and they would not entertain there could issues on their side.
Have tried on different devices and internet while pings and tracert were well within even voip service recommendations. Ping under 10 and average 10 to 15 hops. Overall Right Network is ok but when a customer can vouch the service has degraded from when one first started the service I expect bit more empathy than just copy and pasting corporate jargon.
May be covid and may be I am expecting too much. Just needed better explanation. Please take this with grain of salt. But do plan to disclose to those wanting to use this service I would advice to do so if there are no other options. When companies get too big and leader in their field some do better some too busy protecting themselves instead of thinking of their customers.

They are very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. I love that their technicians are very knowledgeable and available 24/7. I have used them to host a client's and my Accountants Quickbooks Desktop programs. allowing us both to work at the same time very easily and making a desktop product to be used online.

TERRIBLE! Our company has been using Right Networks cloud hosting for QB for approx. 3 years and we've had nothing but issues since. The network lags terribly and aborts connection upwards of 3x per day. As you can assume, this isn't ideal for a company that operates primarily through the RN cloud. Not only is the connectivity awful, so is the customer service and efficiency of their tiered support.
If you call in with an issue they can't resolve, don't expect to be escalated to tier 2 support or anything above their main line of "IT". No one. and I mean NO ONE from their support knows how to do even the simplest of things. Today alone I was on the phone for 3 hours with 3 different people (having had to hang up or was "disconnected" and had to call again).
As you can guess, my issue wasn't resolved because tier 1 said their supervisor said they couldn't help. Literally all I needed was for an admin with permissions to click ONE BUTTON to map my local printer through TSPrint on the RN side to ensure default settings were being carried over. The imbeciles couldn't even do that! Very frustrating paying for a service that has absolutely no integrity or ability to fix issues within their own software. Look for another service. do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this deceptive company.

I am an accountant and have been using and referring clients to Right Networks for years. Last year our firm merged into another firm. We updated it (or so we thought) on numerous occasions, but they still have it as the old firm and when you email customer service you get a bunch of robotic answers where they have nothing on file! For an IT company they must keep terrible digital records. It is okay until you have a problem and then they can't help you with anything, but they will still gladly take your money and referrals.

It's been my experience that while certain people at Right Networks know the "right thing" to do that it is in both their and their customers best long term interest, only a very few people there are empowered to actually do something. Their support team appears to work from a "script" and any deviation from that script results what becomes - at times - a confrontation to get the results that serve not the customer, but Right Networks long term interest. Companies like Right Networks would be well-served to make sure their front line support staff are aware of the cost of acquiring new customers vs. keeping their loyal, long-term customers happy. In virtually all cases, it's less expensive to keep an existing customer happy than it is to spend to try and acquire one to replace them.

Has been a great tool for us to be able to have multiple users access Quick Books desktop from different locations. The Right Networks service works beautifully. our previous efforts involved the remote access to a computer, which is clumsy, slow and hard to navigate. This is just like Desktop hosted right on your own computer. you won't even notice the difference in daily use! Very happy.

Was not excited to spend another fixed amount after what I pay the accountant, but this system has proven to be worth the money. My only complaint is that you don't have the use of the computer calculator and/or you have to pay extra for the spreadsheet capability. However there are ways around it. Overall a good system.

I am an accountant and have been using RN for ten years. I have referred 6 clients to these people. A month ago, I found out that they have been charging me for services I did not request. When I ask for a refund they fought me like if their life depended on it. Never got me a refund. They do not know what client appreciation is. I switched to another provider and when I contacted them to cancel my services, they made it so difficult.
They had even created a bogus owner to my company and told me I needed to contact that person to stop the billing. I emailed that person and the email was returned. No such person. They maneuver to keep billing you. DO NOT USE RIGHT NETWORKS

We signed up with xCentric in July of 2018, soon there after they were purchased by Right Networks. Initially the service seemed good during the on-boarding. Then it went straight downhill. Customer service disappeared. We were down many times for several long periods. Slowness, disconnections, you name it we had it. Our rep would email in the middle of the night, I respond in the morning, then we'd hear from him two days later.
They were rude, condescending, and could offer nothing to make the situation better. The network ran poorly through tax season. I will say we were able to get out of the contract. Now moving on to Abacus, at least the use RDP technology.

Terrible customer service. Have been trying to cancel our hosting service for the last 2 hours, have been transferred 3 times and have been on hold or told "I'm looking into it" several times. Not to mention was already told our account was already cancelled over a month ago. Cannot receive any sort of written confirmation that our account is actually cancelled or no longer going to be charged. Save yourself the time and hassle, don't opt into using Right Networks!

I do not recommend RightNetworks, we have had our company file hosted for about 3 years and have come to discover that it is very limiting. The network cannot talk to the local computer so email and files do not port over. That's not the bad part if you have a problem and call the helpline you wait in line for hours just to hear them say it's a QuickBooks problem.
The sales rep does not answer the phone and emails are answered with "call the helpline". Quickbooks does not have another listed hosting environment but they are out there, we are moving. I cannot have my company file and information handled by a company that doesn't care.

I've been using RN for several years and was so impressed when I first started that I recommended it to many clients and fellow accountants. However, recently I've experienced less than satisfactory service and results. After 4 days I'm still waiting for a new product to be added to my account and now the department is closed for the weekend.
I emailed support twice asking for the software to be uploaded before the weekend because I needed it to work on a client's files. They quickly responded they were working on it, but failed to accomplish a simple download of software! Now I'm going to have to purchase the software separately and work on my desktop instead of through the cloud! In the future, I'll be less inclined to recommend this company and service.

I am a small business owner who just upgraded to the QuickBooks Enterprise Solution. I was a bit concerned about the ratings but we called Right Networks and they answered immediately. The rep completed the upgrade on all my employees computers in one call. Brenna, the customer solutions representative, took the time to personally call me and set up my computer without a hitch. Excellent service - fast and knowledgeable - much appreciated!

This company use to have 5 star support! It's awful now. I've been holding 45 min to one hour just for simple things. The support is now getting routed to India! I switched a large client to them and it was the most embarrassing experience. They had not linked the account correctly.client didn't have a bookkeeping file for over a week. There's been some terrible changes and no idea how it's gone down so badly this quickly.

Whatever has happened to Right Network's previous quality and support is a burning question with my team and clients! I have sent so many requests in the past 4-6 months that it is CRAZY. They keep saying their new "Server" has changed some things. Well, let me say, what has changed is a horrible experience with Right Networks & Quickbooks. Too many issues to address here. Plus, if they cannot fix the repeated emails and calls to get support and fix the problems, what would make me think they even know HOW to fix the problems. I am actively looking for another option.

We've been a customer for at lest 6 years and will continue to use their service. According to our experiences with their host client solution for Quickbooks desktop, they offer excellent system security and daily backed up that is a reliable service. We don't need to worry in backing up data because is all protected. It's a great service when accessing from different locations and working with others colleagues remotely. We have never had bad experience. When we had to contact support team a year ago, their support service was efficient.

Hi, Buying your product was a very easy experience. Great sales person and great explanation of what I needed to do to set it up. However, once I called your technical support department, I was placed on a 42 minutes hold (while the answer machine said 20 minutes and kept prolonging after the 20 into 15 minutes). The process to set everything up was long and tedious, but I think the fact that I had to wait for 42 minutes was not great. I was quite upset about the waiting, making the experience not the best. Other than that, I really like your product and hope to have better experiences in the future.

I use Right Networks as a hosing site for my Quickbooks software. I am very happy with the choice. I know my data is backed up and I know I always have the latest software updates. The folks at Right Networks are very knowledgeable and accessible. They have had kind words and fast answers every time I've had to call them.

If our company cannot generate job quotes in a timely manner (within minutes of receiving a request) our customers WILL go with our competitors. They're inability to do the only thing they're supposed to do is costing my company thousands of dollars an hour.
Our industry is time sensitive! And the fact that every phone number they have provided, for support, is "busy" is despicable and reprehensible. I have just been informed, from my boss, that we will be cancelling our service with Right Networks and going back to our locally hosted Quickbooks because of their unacceptable extremely poor service. Since I am the one that recommended using Right Networks they have completely discredited me. I, sincerely, hope that this doesn't cost me my job.
Aside from the current connectivity issues we're experiencing today my company has incurred additional monthly cost due to increasing our Internet bandwidth because of slow connections since day one. If my company was as awful as Right Networks we never would have survived 30+ years.
