DO NOT ever go near this company! Their manager Barbara is completely out of control! She verbally assaulted me, my daughter and my wonderful 22 month old grandson due to my grandson making too much noise. Please if you are going to run a company and don't want to be bothered don't rent/own a downstairs cheaply made condo. When she came in to complain she marched in the office left the door opened and asked"does anybody work here". Unsure of why she was there I directed her to the office receptionist.
She then pointed to my grandson and said "that had to stop". I attempted to direct her to me as the office staff was not responsible for my grandsons behavior. Then she proceeded to get in my face and say this has nothing to do with me. At that point my daughter spoke up and stated that if she was going to complain about her son then that most certainly had something to do with us.
Her reaction was more anger frightening both my daughter and I fearing some type of attack and not wanting the baby anywhere near this type of behavior. My daughter called the company and Barbara refused to apologize and to transfer her to someone in authority.
