Structure Networks, Inc. was founded in early 2001 on a simple premise to build a regionally-based IT Staffing and Consulting company with true service at its heart. During the mid to late 1990's, the IT Services industry went through a dramatic time of consolidation; large nationally-focused corporations swallowed up the region's best and brightest IT Consulting and Staffing organizations.
Mr. Dave Thomas has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2002. Mr. Thomas possesses over 25 years experience in the Technical Staffing industry. Prior to joining Structure Networks, he was the Founder & CEO of Execusoft, Inc. Founded in 1980, Execusoft was a key supplier of IT personnel and consulting services in both the Southern California and the Western Area of the United States until the company was acquired by SOS Staffing Services, Inc. in 1998.
Rosan Parker serves as Senior Recruiter and joined the company in 2004. Rosan possesses over 12 years of staffing industry experience in Recruiting, Consulting, and Sales. Her experience working with Consultants and clients on staffing projects will help Structure Networks recruit and retain the most sought after Consultants for our clients.
