Very knowledgeable, I did go to a few places.none knew what was wrong with my computer and was told it was basically rubbish. I was told about this place as a last resort. I turned on my computer and it shows black screen, no signal. They cleaned the dust and added thermal paste which worth 5$ and they said the monitor can be turned on, for 140$ XD. They didn't mention anything about blue screen when they said my PC is fixed and it's ready to pick up. This is how they fix PC, blue screen! They wanna charge additional 250$ for replacing a 60$ hard drive and window system XD.

By the way the diagnostic fee here is 60$ while the initial diagnosis for another store Computer Runner in Tustin is free. And they close the store at random time either because of "staff infected with covid" or "go out for late lunch and come back at 5:30" while at 5:35 still no one in store

I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and being so respectful to customers. I cracked the front cover on my HP and was looking to replace it shortly. I already had few quotes that were way to expensive - the were close to the price of the new laptop. Runnerboys did a fantastic job. Despite of it both guys who served had a friendly attitude. Great service, amazing customer service Had to fix my MacBook, shopped around with different companies but decided to go with them as they responded fast, had great pricing - they were able to fix it on the same day.

My computer wouldn't boot for some reason that I couldn't figure out. I brought it in without an appointment. A ticket was promptly opened and printed out for my records. They also keep you up to date with an electronic version that you can check online. Turns out there wasn't anything really wrong with my computer after running diagnostics.

I guess it just had to be unplugged for a long time. I came back and picked it up and asked what the charge would be, and I was told to just bring it back with a real problem. No charge. Highly recommend working with honest down to earth businesses. I'm definitely coming back when my pc actually bites the dust.

Basically, I had given up on my computer, don't know what happened after a download. I was reluctant at $100 hour but I weighed my options and determined in my opinion "you get what you pay for". Their response time was exceptional, working with my schedule, Eldad came to my home, listened patiently to my presumed diagnosis and thereafter performed the upgrades I requested, answered my questions comprehensively and got my system back up and running like new.

I arrived in Irvine from out of state and I needed a part replaced in my laptop that I brought with me. I had the part in hand ready to install. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they could accommodate me. I found them on Yelp and chose them because they happened to be near where I was staying.
