PC Component

Went to PC component for some software issues, and my computer was running poorly. After a full service my laptop was like brand new. Good service and quick turn around.

I love going to this place everyone in here are very knowledgeable. Also Travis help me a lot with my Outlook issue.

I've been a loyal customer for years. Always have had excellent experiences here. They're fast, fairly priced, and very nice, and keep my computers running smoothly long past when they probably should be retired. In fact they just replaced my husband's ancient laptop battery for free labor (they found a replacement on the internet for $25!) I love them. :)

I took my PC to another spot in Sacramento and the guy told me I'd have to buy another cable to connect my SSD. I ended up calling Mo from this place, and he told me to bring it in to look at it. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go here for any computer needs. Mo is super knowledgeable of computers, and saved me money and time. He explained everything so well to me, and properly connected my SSD.

He then made sure the SSD was connected. I highly recommend everyone to go here. Excellent customer service with a great amount of knowledge of what to do. Don't go to any other computer stores, they don't know what they're talking about. Thank you again Moe. I owe you one!

Excellent service! If you are new to the world of building your PC for gaming look no further. The staff are very knowledgeable and if available will talk PC hardware and software with you. I will definitely be coming back for their amazing services and atmosphere.

I brought my msi laptop in to get a new harddrive installed and have my previous harddrives information swapped over and swapped into the second sac position. Mo was able to help me out swiftly and professionally and also cleaned out my fans for me! Now my laptop is running much faster, smoother, and cooler and has enough space to hold all of my games and audio files. Thank you Mo and PC Component for the great help!

These guys are the best in the area that I'm aware of. I've brought my PC in for repairs twice in the last month and they diagnosed and called me very fast. The most recent time they didn't charge me labor to replace a part! These guys are amazing!

They don't wear masks. And the older gentleman working there was coughing. So disrespectful to their customers and the nation. Choosing not to support a business who clearly doesn't support the health of their customers or community.

I had a laptop screen issue that I took to PC Component to diagnose. Unfortunately, the screen failed and a new screen was needed. PC Component was able to get a new screen and install in less than a week. I have tested the screen and am very happy with my choice to to have PC Component take care of my needs. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. I took my notebook here after 6 hours on the phone with the OE manufacturer and Microsoft, both of which had referred me to the Geeks at a large electronics chain. My lack of confidence with the large chain store led me to PC Component. From the moment I arrived at PC Component, David listened to my problem, advised me of what I would expect, provided me a range of estimated costs.

I do not live in the area as I was traveling on business and had limited time to resolve my situation. The technician fixed my notebook and had it ready for me within seven hours from the time I left it. One the best service experiences I've had with computer repair. They were professional, attentive to my needs, prompt and repair cost was surprisingly reasonable for the time demand I had. I left with a stack of their business cards and handed them out to family and friends that live in the area. Thank you for your services.

Don't go here! Terrible customer service. I called and the man said he's open till 6pm. I show up at 5:50 and they were closed. That is bad business coming from a store manager myself. Your suppose to go the extra mile to help your customers, instead these guys hate their job so much they have to get out 10 minutes early. I imagine this will be a business that fails, due to covid 19. but that will be their excuse, the truth is they have bad business practices

A friend recommended PC to me many years ago. Answered lots of questions-always very patient! Bought a laptop for my daughter. Bought 2 cmptrs & now a laptop for me. They have been great. Day or two turn-around service. Great used equipment of all kinds.

I found this place through yelp and one of the guys named Mo was very helpful, fast and super nice. I had a PC issue and he was able to fix it with an honest price. Definitely would recommend.

Our router's life came to an end and I happened to be in the area and notice PC Component moved to a new location at 411 Blue Ravine Rd. I stopped in and was immediately helped with a new router purchase. I also inquired about the Windows 10 update and was told they could provide me the upgrade as well as install the appropriate hard drive that works best with Windows 10.

I had considered a new computer, but mine was not very old, so I agreed to the updates. I am very please with the end product. Faster speed and now we are set with Windows 10 all for a very reasonable price. They went out of their way to explain in simple terms to me, someone who is just barely savvy on computer issues. When I got home and connected my computer, it started flawlessly with all my data still in tack. Very pleased with this business!

I recently brought in my new laptop to have a SSD installed and they quoted me 1 day. 3 hours later I got a call stating that they had finished the installation. The service was fast, very friendly, and very reasonably priced compared to other places in Folsom. I would definitely recommend PC Component.

I've used PC Components for over 12+ years, and would NOT even consider anyone else, in the greater Sacramento Area, to touch my computers and printers! We have 1 Dell Laptop, 1 "Normal" Windows 10 Desktop, 1 Extremely "High End" / Complicated Dual-Boot computer, a 18TB Western Digital Personal Cloud, 4 different printers, Wifi Mesh Units, Security Cameras, and a complicated Network system.

I drive about 30 minutes, one direction, just to get their location. For our family, that drive is a non issue! David and staff are very, very nice and really understanding. When I explain my problem(s), they truly understand and know where to starting looking for the solution(s). No wasted time! The shop is clean and well organized, and in a nice location.

Their prices are MORE than fair. In reality, I'm always a bit worried they did not charge me enough! Where PC Components really shines, their technology knowledge is incredible. Not good, but GREAT. Over the years, I have thrown them big issues from Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, MS-DOS, Networking, My Personal Cloud system, Viruses, Printers, Extending my WiFi range.

To the best of my knowledge, they are a "Jack of All Trades" AND "Master of ALL". Superior Knowledge.period. One of the smartest things I've ever done, is use PC-Components for all of my computer related issues.
