Eric has been a great resource for our computer needs for years. He just completed a flawless install computers and equipment for my loan processing team. We run a business that relies heavily on our computers, and he has has always made himself available to our company for questions and glitches that randomly surface.

Erik replaced a hard drive for me. He was quick and courteous, and very easy to communicate with. Had my PC back up and running in a day, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him.

When my computer crashed I was crushed, and living without it when my job depends on it is a pain. I gave Erik a call and he walked me through over the phone what I should do. He told me that it would be a waste of my money to go through his company and that I should go through the manufacturers warranty service. He was right, and I got my computer fixed without spending a dime. That's the kind of honesty I like to see in someone I trust with my belongings and I will definitely be calling him for any future issues I have.

Erik is the best! I was referred to him from my dad because he helps with all his business computer problems when my laptop died one day. I called him up and he gave me some advice that got it back on and didn t charge me, 2 months later I got a virus on my computer and without thinking twice I called erik, he fixed it for me all over the phone in about an hour.

Eventually my computer officially died and could not be brought back, I called Erik and he gave me good advice, I can fix this for you, but your going to pay a about the same as buying a new computer so I recommend a new computer is in your best interest! An honest and professional guy and business, I would never use anyone else and recommend him to everyone!
