My company recently encountered an urgent situation and we needed to have a phone system installed within a very short time frame. We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization and our funding is dependant on some grant funding, but mainly on contributions. Business Communication Solutions and Khang Nguyen personally, worked with us when we called him on Thursday and by close of business on Friday, we had our new system installed and working.

Can you please put the suite number in your confirmation emails and on google. Finding you guys is complete hell. I wonder how anyone ever gets there on time. Circling the buildings trying to figure out which you are in because signage is not a thing. Followed by wandering the property like a hobo until someone is nice enough to help me. Side suggestions the sign on your door says BCS. Was I suppose to just know that was you?

The testing room is unbearably cold especially during winter months. I sat shivering in my winter coat the entire time which was extremely distracting. I do not recommended this testing center during cold months as the building is quite old and there are little to no accommodations made for the freezing room temperature.

This is a great certification center with wonderful team. I took my certification yesterday and should appreciate the place. It is the best place ever. I was ensured complete silence and no disturbance. Center has got lockers to store wallets and stuff during the examination.restrooms are clean and place is well maintained. Ample parking lot. Accessible and nicely located next to US75 Will keep taking my next certifications here.
