This package is priced on a 'per computer' basis which can be done weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly. It costs just $30.00 per XP client (discount applies when more than 100 clients) and only $75.00 per server. Perform Patch Management on all systems and provide reports to the customer via Windows Software Update Service (WSUS) if installed.
CCNAs take networking knowledge to that 'higher' level. They are proficient on Cisco switches and routers (mostly used in larger organizations). CCNAs can also easily manage most other network devices used in small or medium sized business such as Linksys, Dlink, 3com, etc. CCNAs have a thorough understanding of network technologies and implementations.
