Owner of the company purged our website and email service from your servers without ANY notice whatsoever to me our someone at our company. On August 6th, due to his actions we incurred considerable expenses and business disruption to get our website back up and running and missed a full business day of email from our customers and of course his actions impacted our internal ability to communicate with each other.
Being in this industry I am sure he knew quite well what disruption he would be causing to our business. The owners actions were obviously not in line with common business practices and I am sure without doing much research I could find a few federal and/or state laws he intentionally violated.
