Welcome to the Gig Economy! Classic "work until you retire" jobs are dying. Getting a good contract isn't easy, finding a good agency is nearly essential. I'm on my second contract with TDK and just passed my first anniversary with them. I have a close relationship with the members of the TDK team and they have made me feel a part of their team. What's so great about the team?
The communication level is high, they're professionals and they crack ass to sell me, their product. I've recommended several friends to TDK and I'll continue to do so. Are they perfect? No. Are you going to get every job? No. I do my part, they do theirs, I've had a great relationship with TDK and my bank account, resume and 401k reflect that.

Great experience! I enjoyed working with my recruiter - she helped find great opportunities matching my experience and interests.
