Dale helped me set up a new laptop and printer. He has been prompt in getting back to me. As long as he is town he arranges a quick response. On top of that he is a nice guy and it is a pleasure to work with him.

Dale was so amazing! I messaged him during the holiday season because my hard drive with all of my pictures of my new born crashed. Within 48 hours he had recovered my photos and promptly returned them. I will not go to anyone else for tech issues. Only dale!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dale and St. Louis Tech Support. He was able to restore the OS on my Mac and did so in record time. He also has helped my parents and friends with their PC's many times. He is very knowledgeable, fair and great to work with. I highly recommend!

I was so surprised with the service I received from St. Louis Tech Support. Dale was very helpful and professional. He didn't charge me a penny for diagnosing the problem with my laptop. He was open and honest with the time and cost it would take to repair my laptop. We need more honest repairmen like him. I would call on him again in a heartbeat. There are times when we need help with our technology. St. Louis Tech Support has been great! Dale installed a printer that then had problems. He worked hard to solve them.and then did the legwork to purchase and install a replacement printer. It's almost like having our son (software designer living in Boston) back home!

Mr. Dale Ficken, owner and operator of this business fit me into his busy schedule twice. He aids many larger businesses in the community, but I needed a personal computer looked at and he took it within 24 hours of my call, and returned it the very next day! His prices are beyond fair! I was happily surprised that as long as I brought the pc to him and picked it up when he was finished; he offered me a flat rate vs. if he had to come to my home, he would have to charge me a rate per hour. I highly recommend Dale because in addition to his work for me, he works for community businesses that I frequent and respect that are also happy with his work.
