I am so satisfied with Intergrity. They are very professional and helpful. They had to send my phone off to Apple for about a week, and I was able to use one of their phones as a loaner. It was covered under warranty with Apple so i didn't pay a dime! I would recommend them for sure!

What a great experience! I needed to get my daughter's iPhone battery replaced but the Apple Store in Raleigh didn't have any replacement batteries. Carlos was able to open up an appointment and get me in the same day. I highly recommend them!

EXCELLENT in every way! I had multiple computers that I brought in the same day. Each one has own issues and that I needed to have the data taken off of them and restored. They were very patient with me telling each ones individual even though it was late in the day! The work was done in a very timely fashion! I highly recommend this company! I will definitely continue to do business there! I will continue telling friends and coworkers about the great job they do!

Loved every bit of this amazing business. Professional, prompt, kept their word, and very courteous staff. Battery problems for iPhones and dealing with Charlotte Apple Store where they stated they had the batteries I needed, in fact did not. Much closer and excellent personable service!

Horrible. Was going to charge $105 to do a few clicks to get the software back on it. Outrageous and he didn't even make eye contact with me while talking to me about it. Highly don't recommend.
