Great service. Fast response. 20 minutes after calling they were at my store and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. I've had this problem for a couple days, tried different routers, called my internet provider, and even spoke with Netgear tech for 3 hours and could not get the problem solved. Once the tech from INET came, he knew what to do, what the problem was and explained to me what was going on. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would call them again.
