Connect2Geek is great. They have been doing my IT support for my real estate brokerage virtually (they have never seen my hardware) for about 14 years. I have known Glen (owner of Connect2Geek) for about 10 years when he ran the IT Dept for another company I worked for. I have continued to use his services to this day.
