Soo, I live in Bend Oregon, my mom used this company a couple years ago. My mom gave me there number and the guy Nate that works there helped me and fixed my computer problem. because of him my Alienware R5 laptop is working again. I am so happy and grateful and I will absolutely be using them in the future and refer to my friends to them if I am ever back in the Boise area, thank you guys! Excellent service and knowledge. I AM NOT computer savvy and I did not lose points for that! Jay resolved several computer issues for me; both he and Lindsey were wonderful in explaining everything that I could understand in non-tech language. Great customer service, efficiency and turnaround time. I have used the services of another local competitor in the past; however, Integrity Computer Consulting & Repair is now my "go to" company for all of my computer questions, repairs and troubleshooting. They do not try to push anything on the customer that he/she does not ask for or need. The rates are exceptionally competitive and they do offer a senior citizen discount.

If you are having computer issues RUN TO INTEGRITY COMPUTERS! Sorry for 'yelling' at you but seriously folks these people are highly competent, professional and know their stuff. Integrity lives up to it's name with caring, supportive help by highly effective employees. GO HERE! Went in with what i thought was an unsolvable problem. Lindsey was straight with me and told me what the problem was. She explained everything in terms that i could understand (I don't speak computers). There was no run around! She fixed the problem fast. I left ecstatic and relieved that i wouldn't have to redo all of my work for the year. These guys are top notch. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lindsey and her team save me often from the blue screen of death! I am a small business owner and rely on her to help with all of me technology programs. Lindsey, Corey & Russ are super geeks. Really, not just in terms of IT. Integrity serves businesses and home computers both on-site and remote. Lindsey is an owner operator and she is up to the minute on technology as well as virus threats, malware etc. I give two thumbs up, a green light, 5 Stars and a peanut butter & jelly samich' for Integrity Computer.
