My laptop had stopped performing the Scan function. I had poked away at it myself for about a month without success. Atlantic Computers was recommended by a friend, so I called them. Working only by text and pics, Atlantic had me scanning again right away. Fantastic!

RUN as fast as you can from this guy Ernie Radicchi. I got scammed. He charged me $280 to diagnose a Mimaki Printer and then charged me another $1340.00 for a new motherboard. He re-installed my old board and claimed it was new. I called the Mimaki company with the matching serial numbers and they agreed I got defrauded The printer is still down. I finally got my $1340 back after sending a pdf file to him. BELOW! Now I'm waiting for the $280 and I won't give up until I receive all of it!

Do not do business with Atlantic Computer Services. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell and they will rip you off. I dealt with Ernie and purchased a processor pump from him. It didn't work and he wouldn't send me another pump unless I paid in full for it. He said he's been ripped off to many times my people not returning the faulty item. So, I paid full price, returned the faulty pump and now have been chasing him for 6 months to get my money back.

At this point, he says that it was so long ago that he doesn't have a record of the transaction. ITS ON EBAY.LOOK IT UP. He's a crook. Don't do business with him or his company. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
