I needed to upgrade the RAM in my HP 21 all-in-one desktop. Couldn't find much information from HP or in current youtube videos. I'm so glad I found NSB Computers and skipped trying to do this myself. I got same-day, friendly service (from Nicky and Jennifer), and a New Customer discount (without even asking). Received complimentary diagnostic system check for a new computer that was malfunctioning. Staff was friendly. I was able to return the computer to the vendor for a refund during the warranty period. I received a used MacBook that ran very slow and took it in for a "deep clean" They cleaned her out and removed some sketchy things that I can't remember the names of. They had it for a week. I have been using NSB Computers services for the last 4-5 years. They were absolute life savers when my laptop hard drive crashed and I had no good or recent backup. They were able to retrieve nearly all my data and move it to my new hard drive. Since then, they have kept everything running smoothly for me and many of my friends. When I bought a new computer last year, they move everything off the old one and onto the new one. My own, personal IT department! I am totally comfortable recommending them to anyone because they are so knowledgeable, skilled and, sometimes most of all, patient!

My hard-drive on my MAC failed. NSB computers fixed it fast in half the time apple had in the past. I was given an option to upgrade which I gladly accepted, no hassles. I was called with updates daily which is appreciated. Excellent customer service and operations. I recommend this computer store

I stopped in a week or so ago looking for an old computer case to use for a project with my kids. The staff at NSB Computers were helpful and they found an old case that was perfect for my project. The best part was that they did not charge me the old case. This was great as I am fairly confident that this build with my kids will most likely result in breaking one or all of the components but worth it if they learn something. Our Ambulatory Surgical Center in Lake Mary, Florida have used NSB Computers for several years. We decided to become a Total Care IT client about a year ago. We are monitored 24/7, and NEVER have to pay for another service call again. It doesn't matter how many times we need Carlo and the staff of NSB, we receive unlimited support, remotely, through email, telephone and in person.

We compare the priority service we receive, being a Total Care IT client, to first class. It is true, we have saved both time and money. We could not be happier, or recommend them any higher. Thank you Carlo and Staff, you are the BEST.

Contracted NSB Computers to build a computer. I selected the parts, ensured compatibility, & sent them to NSB.

Got it home, opened the box, the GPU was loose in the case. NSB mounted it to the case using on the guide screw, not the mounting screw. No extra screws were in box or computer case-it did not come loose. The loose GPU damaged the motherboard. Had to buy a new one.

Contacted NSB.

They never asked for pictures or tried to assess the situation. They went directly into hyper-defensive mode. Said I was a scammer for contacting them from Costa Rica. They refused to take responsibility and blamed everything and everyone else, from the soft rubber power, to customs agents they claim opened the box and dislodged the GPU solely to complicate my life.

Also, they didn’t install 2 120mm CPU fans, (I have no CPU cooling system). Said the PSU and GPU fans would be enough to cool the CPU. Radiator was mounted to the case with only 1 screw.

Also did not install the I/O shield, or motherboard drivers, and didn’t include motherboard WiFi antennae (we only use WiFi) or SATA cables, or the SSD mounting hardware (cannot install SSDs)

NSB refused to pay $6.00 to ship these items to my Florida address, where I am having the replacement motherboard shipped so all cane be shipped to me in Costa Rica ($70 +).

Paid them about 2 weeks ago, and still haven’t send invoice/receipt despite requesting it 4 times.

Shipping sox shows no damage. Computers are shipped globally daily. GPUs do not just come loose, even if box is dropped from a few feet if installed correctly.

This has been a horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful, costly insulting experience. They called me a scammer because I am Hispanic, which is ironic, since I sent them about $1,000.00 in parts, gave them my credit card info, and paid $85 for a job poorly done, and now have to pay $300 for a new mother board, international shipping, + custom fees, not to mention wasted time and international calls.

NSB Computers are the BEST, I have had their Total Care IT for over 2 years. They are all so helpful, always greet you with a smile and willing to answer any question you may have, no matter how busy they are. They have repaired my computer, then when I got a new computer they set it up for me. And updated the computer to windows 10. I tell everyone about NBS Computers because they are awesome. I've had my ancient laptop in twice. The first time it needed a new HDD. They weren't able to get the direct replacement HDD, but got me a 1TB HDD instead and only charged me for the smaller one. This time it wouldn't power up for me, but it did for the technician (isn't that the way it always works?). They ran diagnostics and scans, and would not accept money since they could find nothing wrong.

Can't do better than NSB computers. Staff is courteous and helpful,Technicians know what they are doing and can explain things to you in words you can understand if you are not computer savy. They even can remote into your machine and help fix whatever your problem is. They are priced fairly and in my opinion are the best in the business.
