A Sunrise agent will assist you in scheduling a service appointment with a certified and experienced technician. Some appointments for Apple devices are available online at Apple's Support and Service Scheduler. At the time of your appointment, an industry-certified and experienced technician will inspect, attempt to duplicate your device's issue, perform diagnostics, and provide repair strategies following manufacturer's service guidelines.
Repaired devices can be picked-up during regular store hours unless your assigned technician advises you otherwise.

Terrible experience. I called Apple for an issue with my laptop keyboard and trackpad not responding, and I was away at school so they recommended Sunrise Computers to me. I went and they kept my computer overnight and charged me $80 and my laptop wasn't even fixed when I got it back. I went to an ACTUAL Apple store and they ran the same tests as Sunrise did for FREE and were completely baffled at the fact that I was charged $80 and that what took Apple 5 minutes, took this place 1.5 hours. Such a scam. I wouldn't recommend going to this place for repairs.

I brought MacBook pro with broken screen for an estimate. Apple quoted me $633.83 (including tax/shipping/etc), but I thought why not help a local business by taking it there instead? They charged me $42.35 to obtain an estimate and their estimate came to $763.31(including tax) That is $130 more than what Apple quoted including shipping/tax/etc. I decided to cut my loss ($42.35) and shipped it to Apple on Monday and received it back on Wednesday of the same week. Not a good value at all. I wasted my time and $42.35 by taking it here. I'd check with Apple first for any repairs.

When my iPad stopped working, I decided to take it to Sunrise and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The sales person gave me several options and took the time to explain each one in detail. I never felt pressured to either have it repaired or to purchase new tablet. When I decided to have a diagnostic evaluation done, the service person, Mark, gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. I have my iPad back and it is functioning well. Great job Sunrise!

I have used my personal MAC Book Pro for work for 7 years now, 12 to 14 hours a day. The hard drive finally died and I could not afford another MAC. I brought it to Sunrise Computers and Electronics to have a new hard drive installed; they had my MAC back to me in 3 working days. They also broke it down, cleaned the fans and removed years of dust and dirt.
It's like a new MAC and I can honestly say, it has never ran faster. Very affordable for the installation of the new hard drive, and turnaround time. I could have lost weeks of work waiting for someone else to fix it, but Sunrise Computers and Electronics got me back up and running immediately and I know they are a busy shop. I highly recommend their services. One happy customer :

This was the best computer repair shop I've ever gone to! I dropped my brand new (used) computer several months ago after only having it for 2 weks and busted my hard drive. When I finally had time to take it in these guys worked on it so quick and I had it back and fully operational in less than a day! I'm so happy to have my computer back. Now I can finally write again!

I spilled liquid on my MacBook keyboard and it stopped working. I took it to them and they tried to charge me 600 dollars to replace the entire keyboard and trackpad. I took to other guys and all they had to do was clean it and it worked perfectly fine for only 170. They tried to make me buy an entire new keyboard without actually diving into the problem at hand.

In the middle of a big project for work, my old computer just stopped working completely. I called Sunrise because they're closer than the Apple store and they were able to get me another Macbook at an amazing price. The whole process - from calling them to walking out with the computer - took under an hour - less time than it'd take me to drive to Apple! Will definitely keep going back!

Small store not really catering to what I was sent there for. My daughters phone is spazzing Verizon told us to come here for a warranty exchange. The lady who helped my daughter told her she would call and inform them that we were coming. She did not. That's not their fault tho. I did see some cool electronics I might be interested in.

As for quality of job done by them I guess I really don't have any complaints. They know their work and they do it well. However their customer support or just getting to you promptly? Absolutely horrible. I've had to personally pursue them, call about my order over the span of 3 months for 2 computers. The job that could be done could've been finished easily within a week, and has been done within a week by other electronic repair shops.
They just forgot that they had my stuff. about 3 times. I had called 2 weeks after dropping off my stuff since I never received a response and they had not even ordered the proper materials to do the repair. They said they had to wait on my permission. During those 2 weeks I had received 2 calls from their receptionist confirming that they were allowed to work on it. Waited to see if it would be done and called myself after 2 weeks went by.
They haven't even started it and they asked if they were allowed to go ahead with the repair and fix it. and for the third time I said yes. Another 2 weeks by. They only finished one computer at this time. The other computer is as in for a damaged track pad, which they needed permission to order in (which I have told them from the initial times that they called and asked to work on said computer, that they were fully allowed to go ahead with the job and the required parts.
I had this conversation 3 times with 2 different people from there) so I tell them go ahead once more. I wait a week and I pick it up. They did their work well but they can not communicate at all. Three times I had to confirm the same question from them about confirming to order parts needed. 3 times 2 different people 2 weeks after I have both of my computers I get a call from them again.
They said "sir your computer is done, both are ready to pick up!" "I already picked them up and paid for them" "Hmm. sir it shows that you haven't." "Miss I have the receipt and the two computers. do you see said computers physically in your inventory?" "What color are they?" You get the gist of it. Eventually she runs around asks people and finally confirms that it's nowhere to be found in their building. An order that was done literally half a month ago. Messy messy messy customer service. Took over 2 1/2 months for them to finish a jobs that takes less than a week.
They have the audacity to charge a 65-80 dollar inspection fee to have checked out within that week. Well maybe they were slammed and had a lot of orders? There's about 3 other shops out there for electronic repairs I use. Had the same job or similar job done by them and alllll of them except sunrise could finish it within a week or 2. Sunrise I had to call and pursue myself. They will not call you and when they do it'll be much too late.

My laptop gave me a message saying it wasn't recognizing the hard drive and therefore could not boot up (apparently a known issue with my computer). I took it to Sunrise on 6/15/20 and was told they could have a technician look at it the following day and get back to me. I never received a return call, but instead had to call in on 6/18/20. I was told my hard drive had failed (certainly not Sunrise's fault), and then the tech tried to sell me a new hard drive.
I told him I wasn't interested in that, and asked if there was any way to extract data from the failed drive. He made no guarantees, but said he would try it out and get back to me. On 6/22 he called back and said nothing about the data extraction, but instead tried again to sell me a new hard drive. I asked again to try to extract the data, and he told me he would call me back in the morning.
Next morning came, no call, and when I called in, the tech wasn't there. I was told I would be receiving a call "in a matter of minutes" as soon as he returned. An hour later, I called again, and was FINALLY told that "the drive isn't mounting." I picked everything up and do not intend to ever go back in there. The tech came into the main part of the shop and wouldn't even look at me.
Very poor service. I understand that they have other work, and I wasn't expecting them to drop everything and look at my issue, but the vibe I got was that the tech never even bothered to try helping me after I refused to buy what they were trying to sell. Don't let these guys waste your time.

My IPhone 8 Plus locked up so I went to my local phone service provider and unfortunately they were of absolutely no help. Went to Best Buy and they tried hard for quite some time but had no success. Contacted Apple Support and they recommended Sunrise Computers and Electronics. I called them from my landline and they answered right away and were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with them the next day.
The next day I arrived a bit early yet they saw me right away. I had the pleasure to deal with Shane Henry, he had a can do attitude and would not accept defeat. He was very professional and very respectful. He spoke to me in terms a layman could understand, after a brief time he got the phone working better than ever, not only did he get the phone working he took the time to educate me on my phone and taught me many things about my phone.
All the staff there were friendly and cheery and I observed them deal with other customers and everyone seemed very pleased. Their building was clean and there was plenty of parking. I spend much of my day confined to a powered wheelchair and I was easily able to maneuver around their store. Five stars is not enough of a rating for them, I'd give them ten stars if I could. This is the place to go to, no matter how close or far if your looking for a stellar experience.

I have mixed feelings about Sunrise, but lean more towards the negative. The positive experiences were when we bought our iPad, and went back awhile later to buy a nice case for the iPad. I wasn't present for the iPad purchase, but heard it was a good experience. I went along for the case purchase as I wanted to see the store. The man helping us was nice, although did try to up-sell right off the bat (but that is his job).
Aside from the fact that the building could use a few touch--ups, it wasn't all that bad of an experience. However, that opinion changed. My husband had build a computer from the ground up for his father. Spending around $2000 on parts, he had quite a machine built. He shipped it via UPS, but something happened during transit and it was DOA. Some pieces were damaged beyond repair, and the computer wouldn't turn on.
Part of the insurance claim process through UPS was to have a third party computer repair company take a look at it, confirm any issues claimed, and come up with an estimate for repair. My husband went to Sunrise to inquire about having it done there. The man who helped him said they were backed up with computer repairs, and they'd call him when they caught up and had time.
A week went by and no call. When my husband asked about it again, he spoke with a different man who told him they wouldn't be able to do that for him. He also had no knowledge of my husband ever being there and giving his information to be contacted. Niiiice. After more discussion, the man at Sunrise agreed they could take a look at the computer and verify damages and dead components.
They charged about $40. They wrote up their findings with an estimate for if they were to repair it. It took several days to complete, but my husband was not pleased with how they handled the situation. He was also not pleased at how they didn't seem to care. He would never trust them to actually fix a computer. So there-in lies my mixed feelings.
I think when it comes to sales, as long as you're not easily swayed into spending more money that you want, you should have a decent experience. For service and repairs, I feel like I can't trust them.
