We cover all bases of Computer Support from desktop helpdesk, server and network administration, router and firewall configuration to site wiring and multi node wireless networking in almost any environment. We will support and improve your existing network and computers for established businesses or we can design and deploy a new network from the ground up with reliable feature rich and competitively priced equipment from IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, HP, Netgear and Ubiquiti Networks.

Our goal is the effective and user friendly management of our client's technology systems. We strive to build long term relationships with our clients and to be a single point of contact for issues, advise, projects and purchasing. We are based out of Puyallup, WA, 45 minutes south of downtown Seattle and offer Help Desk, Network Engineering, Technology Consulting, Telco and Site Wiring services including on call on site techs. Our core coverage area is the south sound with an intermediate area of the greater pacific northwest.
Service Level Agreement: This option is available to contract clients and guarantees IS Techs will respond to your issues within 2 hours. Remote Support is something we can set up which enables us to take remote control of desktops and servers as well as perform many back end administration tasks. On Site Support: We are available for on site support inside our core coverage area of Western Washington.
Network Engineering is the heart of any Business data network. Where Help Desk Support covers the desktop, basic network infrastructure and various end user devices Network Engineering covers virtually everything else and provides an umbrella of management for Information Technology Systems. This includes network Servers, physical network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls and routers as well as VPN, Wireless Networking, Desktop Development and overall Network Design, Development, Deployment and Administration.
IS Techs was brought onto the Grameen Foundation team as primary local IT support for the Seattle Technology Center office. We get our direction from the Grameen main IT services office in Washington DC and perform on site visits on a regular schedule. We helped the recent Technology Center office move by evaluating potential new sites then customizing site data wiring prior to the move.
