We have a recipe for success and consistent results. Over the past 17 years, we've had our share of ups and downs, different employees, different customers, and different economies. We've discovered that in order to consistently deliver great results to our customers we had to develop a recipe for success.
When we first started out at Locke Systems we noticed a trend where customers would constantly be on the hunt for newer, better IT providers. This cycle traps many IT Providers and customer alike because of a few key aspects of what we call "Break/Fix" service. You may know "Break/Fix" as "Time and Materials" or "Hourly Rate" or something similar in your industry. The basis is that you only call when you have a project or a problem and your bill varies based on how many hours or services you needed.
Our IT Guy is overwhelmed and could use some help getting caught up or completing some important projects. Our IT Staff is great at Desktop support but we need more resources and expertise for Network and Server level Projects and Administration. Our IT Staff really shines at Network Support but their time is being consumed by too many menial requests.
How is our Helpdesk different from a Call Center? Several of our Helpdesk techs are the same techs that come onsite to work on your networks so they are already familiar with your network or have someone sitting next to them who is. Unlike other IT Providers, we do not outsource our helpdesk to a Call Center far away that has never actually seen your business or your network.

Locke Systems provides great service. They also cater and offer curated plans that fit each company's specific needs. I can't say enough about their friendly, prompt and extremely knowledgeable staff in helping us at G&G Cabinets.

Den and his staff are fabulous! They find problems before we know they are there. From Jen to Brent, Jason and Doug, I'm sure I'm sure I'm missing others but I want to thank the entire staff.
