After reviewing proposals from many local printer companies our office chose CBS of Colorado for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Our rep is always available and quick to address concerns and the tech support has been excellent. Ordering supplies is done via a super quick phone call and the new supplies were delivered next day!

After the awesome experience I had working with CBS at a previous company several years back, they were the first company I called when the new company I work for needed new printers. The entire team at CBS is knowledgeable, profession, and very responsive. I highly recommend CBS for your printer/copier needs, or any other I.T. solutions.

CBS manages several of our customers in the Colorado area and they have been great! Gina and her customer service team are very responsive, kind, and helpful. I am in year 4 of a 6 or so year lease for two smallish copier/scanners. I just has both machines start acting up at the same day. I called to ask for service and was immediately connected to a real person. A technician came out the same day. He did not have parts on hand, but returned the next day with the replacement parts. Thank You! I've had different copier and service companies over the last 24 years in real estate. The copier is a vital piece of equipment in the office for daily business tasks. As the years have passed and technology has changed with scan to email, remote printing so jobs are complete when you walk in the office, print from my cell phone and we all know fax is dead, yes please. CBS placed a great, easy to use color copier for us.

I call for emergency service or toner and usually someone is out the same day. Thank you for your professionalism and focus on the customer, ME. I'd also like to mention a true asset to your company, Terry Womble. He not only fixed a print issue that came up on an odd size envelope, set a new computer up to print to copier, found a lost password to get into the server, oops my fault and sped up all our computers. These guys clearly do not need more business - at least that's how they act. Try getting in touch with their salespeople if you want to feel completely ignored. Even after finally meeting with a representative to discuss my needs, I can't get my salesperson to give me a price, or even the courtesy of a f**k you very much. Colorado has a great economy for sure.

We have enjoyed excellent service from CBS. Both their sales team and service personnel have been prompt and knowledgeable. CBS has been willing to spend the time necessary to keep our equipment running and our personnel happy. Despite our mixture of both old and new printers/copiers CBS keeps them running efficiently.

I have been doing business in one fashion or another with CBS for almost 15 years now and must say that I could not be happier. The people in the office and who answer the phone are sooooo friendly every time I call and will stop at nothing to address my needs. From a basic billing question to ordering more supplies, they are always happy to help.

I even got really mad one day over what I thought was a billing issue and yelled at the admin lady helping me. I later came to find out that the error was on my end yet that person kept her cool with me despite my very rude attitude. I of course called immediately and apologized and she simply responded with "it's OK, sometimes people have a bad day and we understand that".

That right there tells you how much they value their customers and understand that not everything is sunshine and roses! I would not do business with anyone else for my office needs other than CBS!

I believe that even auto renew contracts should be signed! I took over the copy machine maintenance for our office, and not knowing that the contract auto renewed, I found an unsigned contract in the file. When I called to cancel the service, I was told that it was on auto renewal and I would not be let out of the contract, UNLESS OF COURSE I purchase a new copy machine from them. What?

I don't like being held hostage. Also, the service man told us that he could no longer get parts for this copy machine because it's too old, then when I wrote to cancel before the contract renews again and mentioned this, I got a phone call from them saying that indeed they could service it, and that we misunderstood the service man. What again?! hmmmm, these people are going about it the wrong way.

If you are looking for a service contract for your printer, you DO NOT have to sign an auto renew contract. There are many companies out there which will do a fine job without the sneaky stuff.

We have been doing business with CBS for years now. This summer we had an issue with getting new equipment, a fair deal for the equipment we had, and a fair service deal moving forward. We had a figure in mind that we wanted to spend and did not want to get into anything far from that figure. It did not look like we were going to be able to get a deal done, then President and the Vice President of sales got personally involved with our account until a deal could be made.
