ITS Techs are Superhero's! Highly recommend. After arriving home from a weekend visit to NYC we discovered that all photos somehow disappeared from camera card. It took ITS Tech less then 48 hrs to recover most of the images thus saving the day!

So I wanted to buy my own PC parts and build a custom computer. It was great in theory but I ran into an issue and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I spent weeks that I could have been using my new pc, trying to figure out what the solution would be. I replaced several parts, still no fix. Finally on recommendation from Dilya w/ Jolly Ollie's Pizza, I decided to take the parts I bought to ITS Techs and have them finish the job.

It was the best decision I could have made. They figured out what I had done wrong, corrected the issue and returned my PC to me in a VERY NICE condition. I have to admit, my wiring and such probably wouldn't have looked as nice as what they did and the computer runs great! The work was done QUICK and price was affordable! I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to others going forward.

Techs here are great. Had a problem with my pc so I brought it to them after trying another service who told me they couldn't figure it out. This store had it solved in no time and the cost was way under what I expected. 10/10 will return here

ITS Tech has been a lifesaver for our business. They have been able to fix the many issues we've had with our computers and scanner without taking hours and hours trying to determine the problems. More importantly on a personal note, I had an old external hard drive full of old photos that was corrupt. I thought all the data was lost forever but Michael was able to retrieve all the photos! All the memories of my child's birthday parties, Holidays, lost family members were found. I can't thank him enough for all his help. I highly recommend ITS Tech!

My computer was fixed in a timely manner, and the guys were very efficient. They fixed my desktop without having to replace a part. Cleaned the inside of my build and I appreciate the work they did!

I had a hard drive failure and needed a new cheap computer for my small business. They fixed me right up for a bargain price, and refunded the charge for hard drive recovery since it was not possible. Super nice, professional, and quick, I highly recommend for whatever you need!

We used ITS Techs to restore/repair 2 of our work computers. Staff was friendly and they were able to answer all of our questions while using minimal "tech" talk. They helped us understand the process while also being quick and reasonably priced.

I had a great experience with ITS TECHS. I had a desk top PC that I wanted to rebuild and upgrade and turn into a great entertainment PC. The customer service was outstanding! They advised me on products that would work best for this PC and they were always mindful of my budget. Thier products and services for the project were very reasonably priced.

Being an avid gamer yet hardware shy this is the perfect place to repair or modify your PC. If your computer is suddenly shutting off with no BSOD it can be a tough problem to diagnose. They tested every component with the exception of my motherboard eventually coming to the conclusion that it was my graphics card; It was actually the power supply that was overheating. Having made the wrong diagnosis ITS TECH did what they needed to do to make it right.

They installed a new PSU that is miles ahead of my old one in temperature performance and power consumption making my system more solid than it has ever been. If you are having computer issues I would take it to this local business run by people who stick to their word and do everything possible to please the customer.

Had my Mac Mini there and had agreed to get a new board for it. But, the cost of the board and other things I wanted was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. They pointed that out and said maybe that I would want to consider getting a new mac mini - even though they lost money because I didn't do the repair. I ended up not doing the repair with them but they did a great job figuring out the problem and giving me the best solution even though the solution was not to spend more money repairing a computer with them.

On second thought, being in the computer industry and knowing as much as I do about hardware, it should have been obvious I was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. I have a lot of respect for their integrity and competency to diagnosis problems. They rock!

I'm really surprised to read some of the negative reviews of this place. I've used these guys 3 times over the years and they have always been friendly, prompt, professional, performed great repairs, and been very reasonable with their prices. I used to go to the big box store in Rivergate for computer repairs, but they do not compare in service, price, or timeliness to this place.

As long as things don't change, I will never take my computers anywhere else for repair. My personal experiences here have been great and so far all I can say is I highly recommend them.

We have a new rule in our business, Digital Hearing Outlet: If it has anything to do with a computer and its not working right, call ITS TECHS immediately. They have saved our bacon more than once and repeatedly looked out for our wallet as well as solving the problem promptly.

ITS Techs is absolutely the best company for computer networking and repair. They are extremely trustworthy and dependable and the owner, Jim Butera, is a true passionate expert in technology. He runs his business with emphasis on customer service, fair prices, and reliable service. ITS Techs did all the computer purchasing, installation, and networking for my paperless optometry practice with 8 workstations and a couple of specialized ophthalmic instruments.

They have also repaired two computers for my parents and have provided invaluable advice on my family's home computers. These are the guys to go to for all computer needs. Do NOT go anywhere else.
