In 1998, I started my journey into entrepreneurship - establishing an IT services company known as MouseCalls that grew rapidly; by the time I hired my first technician, I had about 500 or so clients in my database, and as the company continued to grow, I started gaining larger clients. Founder Alan "Woody" Reeves was a Tech Rep for Packard Bell/NEC computers in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Reeves was approached by head of the FBI's Tennessee Cybercrime division in 2008. The FBI agent made Mr. Reeves aware that their field office learned of many new virus threats through MouseCalls' regular client alerts. Later that same year, Mr. Reeves assisted both the FBI and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in a child pornography case.

Service, staff, attention, timeliness.was wonderful! I had the screen replaced on my grandson's MacBook Pro. Looks and works great now! And when staff learned it was a birthday present for him, they went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time. New part AND I save $$ compared to Apple's pricing! Would definitely recommend MouseCalls!

Mouse Calls is an awesome organization with awesome staff. I love the fabulous work they do, but also the personal attention we receive. I never feel like "just another customer". I don't know what Clifton did to my computer, but I love it. I think he said something about rebuilding the operating system. All I know is that each time I bring my computer here it runs like new. I've been to a few other places that weren't as good. The prices for their services (for my laptop) are more than fair; and I've enjoyed their customer service.
I didn't want to sound too biased so I waited a few weeks so I wasn't only writing this because I was so happy to go from being afraid I'll have to buy another computer and having all my data back with a perfectly running computer.
