I work for the Contra Costa Crisis Center. We're a small non-profit in the San Francisco bay area with limited staffing resources particularly in the area of technology and computer networks. We've been a customer for a little over a year now and having Lanlogic as a resource we can rely on has been comforting. Our business is growing rapidly and has a fairly complex network for our size of operation. After working with a few other technology vendors, we partnered with LanLogic a couple of years ago. I met with Joe from Lanlogic a few weeks back and I was very impressed. I run a small, local company where computer networks and an online connection are key to our workday. If email or something goes down, we all sit around, not knowing what to do. We feel completely unconnected with the world. Time stops (work stops, money is lost). I am fairly technical and can do many things myself when it comes to a computer, but I do not have time or the patience.
I have been looking for an outside IT firm I can trust to be Professional, Responsive AND most of all, Honest. Lanlogic is all of these and more. I couldn't be happier-- Thank you Joe and your team for such great service and support! G

I use Lanlogic for hosting of my Microsoft Exchange. I have always been very happy with this company. I got an email last week that today, Friday the 7th, the whole staff would be taking off for a business retreat at noon. Around 11:45, my email stopped working. I called them and left a message - fearing that I would be without email for 5+ hours.
They called me back 5 minutes later saying that they weren't leaving until it was fixed and only moments later, we were back online. I'm a Realtor and real estate transactions are often time sensitive. If my email had been down for the whole day, it could have been quite detrimental. If you're not familiar with Microsoft Exchange, check it out - my phone and computer are always synced and my entire outlook is backed up online. Lanlogic gets 5 stars in my book for products and service! Thank you!
