As a VOIP service provider, Alvarez is extremely frustrating to work with. They have lost their best technician and the techs that they have sent us is not knowledgeable. They take forever to correct a simple order and then end up not doing it correctly. And, of course, they charge by the hour so is this a scam or what? The customer is penalized for the incompetency of their employee? Doesn't sound fair to me.
As a service oriented company, they have failed miserably. The only time we have gotten any result is when we go straight to the President. Now, we find it is hard to trust their ability to do anything correct It is a horrible feeling when our customers call us and tell us our phones aren't working correctly. Hopefully, we can find a better provider!
