Besides the resources of the Apple Consultants Network, my 30+ years in the computer industry in Southern California has allowed me to build an extensive network of professionals in virtually every field. For years, I have drawn upon this network to provide high-quality solutions to my customers. My own industry experience includes financial, transportation, manufacturing, entertainment, education, communications, and medical and those are really just the highlights. All consulting services rendered are subject to the terms of my standard consulting engagement letter.

Sometimes it's difficult even to define the problem - things just aren't working they way you know they should be.

My experience has been terribly frustrating. i have been told that I have successfully changed my password, but I have only been allowed access to my account twice, every other time I have been told that I have been locked out of my account because my ID and /or my password have not been recognized and I have been accused of submitting too much invalid information!
When i complained about being locked out in person, I was told that my account wasn't locked (but I cannot get into it and I want to use bill pay immediately)! I have used the method for resetting my password numerous times to no avail! In fact I am thinking of closing this account and starting over at a different bank. Please advise. Sincerely, Jean M.
