So far Kevin's been my only contact with Video City. We were referred to Kevin by our RV Tech. He told us whatever our satellite issue was, they could figure it out and fix it. He was right. Kevin came two different times over the coarse of a week trying to figure out our issue, which as it turns out, was an incorrectly wired fifth wheel. He felt there were those better trained at Video City to complete the rewiring job so our next contact will be Chris. Hats off to Kevin for his work, plus both our dogs fell for him. I'm guessing he's the dog whisperer on his off days.
