I have a business in New Jersey and use Atlantic Tomorrow Offices services for my digital printing needs. I got two machines from them. The leasing I have for 63 months is $2,300.00, which is running for 12 months. Last October, I had an issue, and the machine was damaged. The insurance company asks the Atlantic Tomorrow Offices the price for the device, which was as the exorbitant price of $112,000.00.

I decide to verify the price for the same machines in the market and figured out that the leasing price for the same machine and services in the market it is not more than $1,300.00. I asked my direct representative about the discrepancy in costs; he answered that I am paying $1,000.00 in services and $1,300.00 for the leasing with a final price of 2,300.00.

I replied; if the insurance paid you for the damaged machine and the services, I do not have to pay you for the services anymore. I understood that, now, I have to pay only for the machines' price that is $1,300.00. The supervisor sent me an email stated that the services are for free, and the leasing is only regarding the machines' price. Looking at this machine in my business is like taking a poison's shot every day. I have to keep the machine for longer than 50 months.

I'm a new business owner that fell prey to their sales team, a very nice lady introduced herself shortly after I bought an existing business in nyc, they said they handle to copier contract and that the contract is up soon, I should re up and renew with them to get new machines at a slightly higher price. I was promised two TVs as a gift to say thank you, for my machines, got the TVs, then I had questions as per what is going on with this contact, the long and short of it is that Wells Fargo funded Atlantic Tomororws office for the lease of the machines, as I've learned the funding was about $20,000 for the two machines, but wait my monthly price to LEASE for 63 months is $689, yes you read that, 50% interest, but what is that extra $20,000 going to May you ask?

Well I still have not got a clear answer in fact my sales person is the only one coming to the phone no one else from Atlantic has reached out to me yet so I hope this post catches their attention, why am I being charged so much for machines I am Leasing that I don't own, and if you guys only were given $20,000 for the financing from Wells Fargo why by the time at the end of my term I would have been charged $41,000 and you take the machines back?

This does not make sense and sadly yeah they took me for a ride. this post will remain here until someone contacts me with a solution, or I am going to SUE SUE SUE! My sales rep was Eva Knoll
