Superb from start to finish. PCS answered my initial query quickly (and with good humor!) and confirmed my suspicion about the hard drive (Remember "The Exorcist"? Well, Pazuzu has ditched the stone statue and adopted the form of a spinning Mac beach ball.) Ted asked many pointed questions and came up with a fix of all-new guts. The machine was picked up and returned as promised in 24 hours, and after delivery Ted checked in to make sure all was working as it should. Many thanks for tossing out the evil, taking it easy on my wallet and resurrecting an 11-year-old Mac.

Ted was extremely responsive to our computer needs. Within a few hours of reaching out Ted came to my house and picked up my broken computer as well as the new computer. He worked through the day and dropped off the new computer at 9:10 pm having transferred all the documents despite the fact that the old computer had no screen. He kept me updated through the day. Ted's rates are very reasonable and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a computer guru.
