Richline handles most anything you'd think to call an IT/Computer guy for, from "my Outlook is locked up", to "design me a network to connect my remote office", to "Holy crap I think Joe got a virus(again)!" and stranger things than you can probably imagine. Classic (or Premise based) Phone systems and Unified Communications Systems - Maintain your old system (Mitel, ShoreTel, Avaya, Nortel and others) or help you in to a new modern system.
If there is an emergency, and you need us to work on something as an emergency after hours, yes, their is an additional charge. We sometimes schedule to do work outside of work hours. If the work you are referring to is scheduled by one of our technicians then no, you won't be charged any extra. They are IT guys.
New Phone System-whether its "I'm a new business, need a phone system that is flexible for how we work." Existing Phone System-"Help, my phone system is broken" or maybe "My old phone guy retired on me, can you help!" We have many models and brands we can work on and some we can't from simple multi-lines to PBX.
