I highly recommend L1 for IT services. They are attentive to our IT needs and quickly respond to tickets/issues. As a new customer switching from another IT service provider, L1 guided us through each step of the process and checked in with us frequently. They are the definition of pro-active vs reactive. As a plus, they are a joy to work with.

Describe my experience? Lets just say, I have never met a more disrespectful company owner. I would rather put my money into a company that treats its customers like they should. Someone sould remind him that he would not have a business if it weren't for his customers. Maybe he would have more customers if he knew how to treat them. I would no recommend this company to my worst enemy!
