Aaron at Canyon Computer Services recently installed a new solid state hard drive in my laptop in order to replace a failing mechanical hard drive. My laptop now is screaming fast and works better than when I bought it new. I can't say enough about their professional courteous level of service. If you aren't using this company for computer repair and services you are using the wrong people.

Aaron at Canyon Computer has been servicing all of the computer's at my law firm for years, and I can honestly say both that he is a great computer technician and that he puts hs clients first. After dealing with an untold number of prior firms during the 2000s that would overcharge for work that was incorrectly done, it has been a pleasure to work with someone that is responsive, cheerful and always finds the issue.

These guys rock! We recently moved offices and they handled the IT part from getting everything set up beforehand to the day of the move to. Well that was it. There was nothing that had to be done after the move. It all went perfectly. We also call them up for the stuff our internal IT people can't handle and it's always very quick. Even when things go wrong on Shirley's computer (she has more trouble than all our other employees combined). Highly recommended.

I've brought my PC to Canyon Computer Services (Aaron and Jonathan, specifically) every time I've had a problem with it for the last several years. They have always been able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it for a very reasonable price, which is very important for me since I basically run my home business from my laptop. In addition to their expertise, I think their customer service is second to none.

I have never dealt with nicer IT folks! They have come in early and stayed late at the office so I could drop off or pick up my computer after hours (which is amazing since I have a young child and complicated schedule). They always keep me updated via multiple status emails and phone calls, and even let me bring home an extra computer cord the last time I went in. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a computer problem. I would not take my computer anywhere else.

These guys are fantastic, we highly recommend them! We had had issues with our computer for a while. Another company had tried to fix it and made it worse. These guys completely fixed it and we have no problem since! They were very professional and friendly. We will definitely return to them with any computer problems in the future!
