Absolutely the worst server ever. Slow. And no matter when you call the IT department for help, you will get the standard response -"It's the other ends email. It's the person you are emailing's server, computer, etc." ALWAYS. It is never Virsage --- it's giant systems like google, google chrome, hotmail, yahoo - it's "their fault you're not receiving emails or your system is not working".

We have been customers of Virsage Solutions for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. Their support technicians are quick to respond, always professional, and work quickly to resolve any issues we may have. We have rarely, if ever, experienced any down time or have been unable to access our remote server. Prior to using Virsage our IT expenses were very unpredictable, making it hard to budget. With Virsage as our "IT Guy" we are able to budget for IT expenses with no surprises.

Virsage Solutions has been our technical partner for years, and we couldn't do our jobs with the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly support they provide. Knowing that our medical office data is secure and our staff has access to 24/7 tech support allows us to do our jobs without worrying about technical issues or data security. They are communicative and up-to-date on technical issues which affect our company, and provide timely upgrades of hardware and software with plenty of support.

Unprofessional and management contains the type of people that judge the book by its cover. During an interview process, they asked irrelevant none IT related questions that sets up the interviewer for failure from the get-go. For example, managers quoted the movie Die Hard and asked: "How do you make 4 gallons from a 3 and 5 gallon jug?" The answer they were looking for was: "Fill the 3 gallon jug, pour it into the 5 gallon jug, fill the 3 gallon jug again, fill the 5 gallon jug until it is full (leaving 1 gallon left in the 3 gallon jug) dump out the 5 gallon jug, then pour your remaining 1 gallon into the 5 gallon jug, then fill the 3 gallon jug and add it to the 1 gallon in the 5 gallon jug." Yes, critical thinking questions are good, but the manager Chase Twogood then used the question as his main point of judgement to determine if I (the candidate) was qualified for the job.
I have now landed a new IT job which indicates that I was qualified enough for this job. Virsage Solutions just had poor management with poor judgement skills that lead them to pass on a potential asset to the company. Weeks later, their ad still shows as "Hiring"; plenty of a time for a potential candidate to be trained and begin to generate revenue for the company. As there's plenty of other IT companies, I would go anywhere else to assist with my technical issues and configurations. Suggestions: open the book and read it next time.
