Lisa Loken joined Sovran in 1990 as an employee, and has always valued customer services as the cornerstone of the company. Operated as a third-party maintenance provider for IBM and Wang Laboratories mainframe systems. Began a partnership with Novell, Inc., a large contributor to the adoption of local area networks (LAN) in 1992. Began partnering with Microsoft by offering Windows NT in 1993, a multi-user operating system for workstations and servers.

Work is stressful enough but adding computer issues makes my ability to provide clients the best service difficult. We have been working with the Sovran Team for over 12 years. Exceptional service to our needs. Staff is attentive to our system and user needs. We are in the healthcare industry and we have experienced growing dependence on technology. Having a good technology partner is extremely important.
