I have taken a couple ITIL certification courses through New Horizons (MN) now and their training has led to 100% success when I have sat for the certification exams. It has been worth my time and money. I have taken other courses through New Horizons as well and each one has had lasting impact on my job and has improved my daily work practices. Also, Andrea is great to work with and keeps me on track and provides me with great upcoming opportunities.

I completed the 4-day training course for SQL database performance tuning and optimization remotely. The virtual platform at New Horizons is great - easy to navigate, intuitive, and reliable. However, I was most impressed with my instructor, Martin. Not only did he come with a wealth of knowledge and experience, but he was very personable, energetic, and responsive to his students. I will definitely return to New Horizons for my employer-sponsored training needs in the future.
