Esquared is our business mobile consultant but not for much longer. Their service is extremely poor. They defer you to your IT team when they run out of failed attempts to do the simplest thing. I have been corresponding with esquared for 21 days and 7 or 8 calls later still no success. I just needed to get my EAS secure email. This morning I called and Carly put me on hold (without telling me beforehand) only to hang up when she returned even.
I asked to be put on hold and wait in queue and she promptly and very rudely said "yeah we don't do that" and hung up. I only know her name because I called back to get it. Additionally esquared hotline will put you in the queue and you can go one hold for up to an hour even when it says you're the first caller in the queue! And other times it will literally hang up as you're waiting. This has happened to multiple users at our firm. We are cutting ties with this poorly managed company and you should too!
