Mark and his team are great! We're constantly sending folks their way when we don't have a specific part on hand or when they're looking for services we don't currently offer and I always hear that the customer got taken care of. They go above and beyond to find solutions for affordable pricing, and in today's service industry, this is so rare and appreciated! Keep up the great work Rad Computers.

Highly recommend RAD computers! I decided to build my first gaming PC on my own with limited knowledge. I had the PC built and you and running, but once I started installing the drivers/softwares, I ran into the dreaded " blue screen :" and had some issues with freezing/locking up. From the moment I messaged them on Yelp, the owner Mark was extremely helpful and took the time to troubleshoot some things with me to save me a trip to the shop.

I was very impressed and appreciative up their help! I decided I wanted the professionals to take over and get me fully up and running. Frankie was my tech and he was amazing! He had great communication, fixed my PC even quicker than I thought and he was super knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend RAD computers more! I hope I don't have any future PC issues, but definitely will be a repeat customer for all my computer needs! Thank you Mark and Frankie!

Need my battery change. Due to COVID, it takes time for the battery to arrive but the battery got changed in the same day for better price compare to place I have asked. Mark took time for your computer to ensure everything working. Would do business again in the future.

RAD computers saved the day when our main church computer crashed. We use it for streaming and recording so it was imperative that we get it fixed. We needed a very hard to find processor and they ordered it right away. As soon as the CPU we needed was delivered, Paul and the owner Mark got right to work. They spent about 2 hours with us in shop explaining everything and got it fixed that same night.

Mark even came to us and helped replace the CPU cooler that failed the next day! I wish we had went to them to build our computer instead of buying online! They offer great pricing, amazing and timely support. We definitely will be using them in the future for ALL of our computer needs.

I originally had a negative experience with this business, however, it turns out that my laptop had been shoved by the waste-side by an employee who had skipped-out on them. Once they became aware of my computer, they worked diligently to solve the issue, and Mark, the owner, was profusely apologetic. Unfortunately, once they found the several hardware culprits, it would cost more to repair than to replace the 4 year-old laptop. But I can't fault them for that. I look forward to Mark's recommendations for another gaming laptop- that won't die a death like this one.

Mark from RAD built me a very fast desktop computer that ran reliably for five years (that's about two years longer than the average computer's life span). On the occasions when problems arose, Mark could access my computer remotely, which I found convenient. Naturally, some of the hardware began to fade as it aged (USB ports, DVD burner), but those items are easily replaced, even by novices.

The machines are tailor made for each client's unique needs and budget constraints. Once set up, the machines run reliably. Just as importantly, I rarely had trouble hailing Mark when I had questions and concerns.

My gaming computer just would not start up no matter what I tried, I was out of ideas and I found this wonderful place of business. I called left a voicemail as all of their technicians were out to house calls, got a call back in a timely matter from a gentleman named Aaron. Brought my computer in had them take a look at it. Aaron had a hunch it was my 7 year old hard drive being the culprit, he ran his diagnosis and come to find out it was that hard drive.

He got that put in transferred over all the important data and now my computer it back up to speed and working better, he also did a very detailed de-dusting and replaced my extremely old thermal paste on the motherboard. Definitely a pleasant experience all around and I definitely will be coming back for any and all my computer repair needs! Thank you Aaron!

Nick was, as described in other reviewers very friendly, obviously knew what he was talking about, and did a good job in assessing and correcting the issues with my computer at a fair price. Would definitely recommend his services.

Nick is easy to talk to, professional, and most of all competent. Brought my wife's laptop back to more than usable by updating the os and getting rid of viruses she had picked up. This was done in the same day I brought it to him. Would recommend.

Came to My Discount Tech to have my computer repaired as they cost appx $100 less than all other computer repair shops. I was extremely impressed with Nick. He gave me honest feedback, and performed free diagnostics; Following diagnostics, he was able to order the broken part and fix the computer to full functionality. I then asked him to fix my iphone screen, which he did at a decreased price relative to every other vendor I cost. The turnaround time was less than 15 minutes for getting my screen repaired. Mark Bush is one of a kind. I'm a clueless retiree who loves keeping in touch with family and world events on my laptop and I go into total panic mode when it is not working properly. He does not talk down to me, but patiently asks relevant understandable questions and then gets to work. When I continued to have some problems when I got home, he accessed my laptop remotely to fix the problem.

I could not be happier with his "go above and beyond" attitude and friendly, efficient demeanor. He is my go to guy for any PC problems and his prices are an absolute bargain. Try him, you won't regret it!
