I use these guys for all my security camera needs. Great service and prices, always prompt and fair. They stick with the job until it is done. They put up with my lack of knowledge of IP camera systems. I have 7 locations with multiple cameras in 3 counties, some that IP Protech installed, some that they did not, and IP Protech maintains them all and solves all my problems.

These guys are horrible. After sales service is the worst. I've had to take them to small claims court to try to recoups my losses. I've had to hire a new company to come in and fix there poor job. I am so disappointed in making the decision to use this company. Please don't make this mistake unless $10,000 isn't important to you.

After someone broke into our warehouse, we were left with a severely damaged door jamb and our inventory unprotected. I called a few places and no one could look at it until the next day. I called IP Pro Tech, he gave me a very competitive rate and they had a service tech over within 30 minutes. An hour later, the door jamb was replaced and our warehouse secure. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, fast and courteous. Thanks IP PRO TECH!
