Doug and Ed were easy to deal with and were able to retrieve all my information when my old computer crashed. It was a learning curve for me because I was having alot of problems getting my authorization code for my Quickbooks but Ed was very patient with me and helped me whenever I needed assistance and between the two of us, we were able to get me up and going again. I would highly recommend them for their service, knowledge and ability to fix complicated issues for a very fair and reasonable rate. Sent from my Galaxy

The owner DOUG, is very rude, unprofessional and in terms that you get into any sort of disagreement even he admits that was his fault he will yell at you and is disrespectful toward customers. I had a very bad experience which they claimed that I haven't paid for the parts while I had. They didn't release the laptop after getting fixed and requested evidence.
I went back home to collect evidences and the owner called and said they were wrong. I said I am not happy with their behavior and being disorganized. Simply, I disclosed my feeling and he started yelling and shouting using swearing words on the call. even his employee, ED apologized for his boss behavior. I never recommend them due to the misbehavior, poor customer service and being disrespectful and disorganized.

Best service in town. Took my tablet in and they looked at it for a good 45 minutes or more, found the problem, which was complex, and fixed the problem promptly. They are the best, honest, and trustworthy and fantastic customer service. # 1! Don't go anywhere else. Highly recommend! Was back March 2021(last post over 2 yrs ago), and the same great service. Analyzed the problem quickly and excellent and courteous customer service. Thank you so much.

These guys aren't just the classic laptop screen replacers. These guys really know what they're doing. Highly recommend if you have a custom built system and are having any hardware or software troubles. I've dealt with them a few times with issues over several years, they can diagnose, and repair at a great cost. If there is one review you listen to, hopefully its this one.

My MacBook recently crashed. It would not boot up at all. Apple technical support told me 3 times the computer could not be fixed and my data was lost. Aurora computer technologies was able to retrieve my data, and fix the computer. All for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. They are an honest, experienced, and great to deal with business. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I showed up at this establishment at 6:30pm on a Friday evening (they close at 7:00pm) and Ed helped me with my PC that had crashed on me. He was able to recover all my precious files and helped me choose a new PC. He set it up so that this wouldn't happen to me again. I was so happy and grateful for his service. Highly recommend this place for all your computer needs.
