The client is the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the property and all data contained therein sent to Sherlock Data Recovery Services. Any property left with Sherlock Data Recovery Services unclaimed for 90 days, will be disposed. Ephraim was absolutely amazing. From the time I arrived he treated me with nothing but kindness, he was honest about the recovery time and plan and made me feel like there was hope in recovering my lost data. I barely write reviews, but wanted to share my amazing experience with Sherlock Data Recovery. I recently had a phone that had been dropped from over 20 stories and was completely destroyed. I did not care about the phone and just wanted my photos recovered from it. After bringing it to many other places, I was told it was impossible and that my data was gone.

Ephraim at Sherlock definitely is the man. Not only did was he able to get my photos from 2016-2020 all the files were just as they were in my old damaged hard drive. Mazel Tov! I am black and not Jewish but I had to say it that way anyway lol. Ephraim is a godsend! I am a physical culture teacher and researcher and had all my lifes work - videos from around the world, photos, documents etc, on my Seagate HD that ceased to be detected on any computer. I was devasted and terrified that it was all gone forever. Yes I had backed up files before but not recently enough.
And I had previously gotten indications that my files were corrupted. Ugh. But it was Ephraim to the rescue! This friendly and very pleasant man knows his tech, and is confident and competent enough for even the most troublesome cases. With the stage 3 level of the problems with my HD, I was VERY satisfied and relieved at the rates he gave to me; as when I revealed these rates to other professionals, their immediate responses were "Thats Cheap!" Data recovery is a serious business and can get pricey fast depending on the problem.
But our precious data is oft times priceless. Ephraim works from his home though this matters not. The job gets done, and very darn well. And all sorts of professionals have their businesses and dwelling consolidated. Especially these days. Ephraim lives in a VERY upscale area, and the place is clean and very nice, one section of which, is his very legitimate office and work lab filled with all of the latest and advanced technical tools for diagnostics repair and recovery.
