Cheapest, best internet provider in Louisville! Great and friendly service - I've used them for years!

I have been with Igloo for quite awhile now. Since I switched from Spectrum to hear it has been amazing. I had to call Spectrum 4 to 5 times a year. With Igloo I have called twice since I have had it. First time they fixed over the phone. Second time I needed a box. Not bad for having this over 5 years. I have the highest one you can get which was still cheaper to buy then Spectrum. I have had around 9 people on my internet at one time and if never slowed down at all. No buffering like Spectrum did all the time.

Actually able to talk with a REAL person. Well informed, professional, met all promised deadlines. Able to get set up 2 days before Christmas. Highly recommend.

I took my 2017 HP Laptop to Igloo Internet for servicing because it was running extremely slow like a dinosaur and BJ did a great job fixing it up. It is running better than what it was before and is faster than before and they did a thorough job fixing and cleaning it and they were very honest and upfront with telling me that eventually I'm going to need a new one due to C Drive issues but so far it's doing well and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and honesty.

Their laptop repair prices are very reasonable where they only charge a flat rate of $85 regardless of hours, days, or weeks to fix. I would definitely recommend these guys - good knowledgeable folks and good people and good Louisville local business.

Great experience with IgLou's gigabit fiber internet so far. Their customer service is great and prevents me from dealing with AT&T directly which is a plus. Also being able to check their Statuspage for outage info makes things easy to track issues and fixes.

If it is available to you get it! I have had for a year now and haven't had one iota of trouble. The speeds are extremely consistent. No hidden fees or charges to surprise you. If you have cable, dump it and go with Iglou and YouTube TV and save your self some money. An added plus - you don't have to argue and plead with the cable company every year to lower your bill after one of their huge price hikes.

When leaving a rated review, most people either just put a 1 or a 5 with no real weight to the rating. This isn't one of those reviews. I give Iglou a 5 star and add a high recommendation on top if that. They have excelled in communication with me when ever needed. The service hasn't had one single issue. I have the Fiber 50 plan, and the cost is exceptional if you factor in the excellent Internet service and everything about the company compared to anything in the Louisville area.

We switched to Iglou as an alternative to AT&T Fiber primarily because Iglou has no data caps for the same quality of service and honest pricing. So far we have been very happy with the service; we usually get close to 750-800 Mbps down and around 800-900 Mbps up with ~20ms ping (which seems to be more upstream than our local nodes so I cannot complain too much though I was expecting closer to single digit latency) on a gigabit plan.

Since the pandemic started our service has been relatively unaffected by a drastic increase of working from home, and time of day does not really noticeably affect performance. In the time we have had service with Iglou the only time we have lost service was due to a very large regional outage, which I cannot blame on Iglou. I would strongly recommend Iglou to anyone in an AT&T Fiber coverage area.

I have had IgLou for more than a year, and I am absolutely thrilled with their service. The product itself is outstanding -- I have had no issues with service which is always very close to the theoretical gig synchronous maximum. The one time I had to call customer service, my call was quickly answered by a friendly, intelligent professional who immediately solved my problem. There have been no billing surprises, and there is no modem rental fee. I am very pleased.

IgLou has provided us really good service for over a year now. It has dropped a literal couple of times, and that was an AT&T thing, not an IgLou thing. And it's infinitely better than Spectrum that dropped for at least a couple hours during the day EVERY day. The price is better than both AT&T and Spectrum. And, one of my favorite things, there are no email or snail mail nudges trying to get you to buy more services and spend more money because THAT'S NOT A THING with IgLou! Perfect affordable service for cord cutters. Highly recommend. Also, support your local companies, people!
