Laptop was REALLY sluggish. Put in a ticket ABS, who serves as our outsourced IT support. Had a call within the hour with a helpful tech who helped clean up "under the hood" and did a hard reboot. Also cleared up some other minor issues I had been having. Very positive interaction. Can't think how it could have been better.

Advanced Business Solutions never fails to exceed my expectations. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I am never placed on hold when I need tech help over the phone. They never make us wait long for projects and in an emergency, we become their first priority. When we had a ransom ware breach on January 2, they were at our office, despite it being a holiday, and had us up and running in 24 hours WITHOUT having to pay a ransom to the hacker.
