They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. Very friendly and never pushy. Also tell it like it is and have never tried to sell me services I don't need. I give 5 stars on those items. I dropped to 4 because it seems they bill like a lawyer. Even a 15min phone call about a clarification gets billed. So I only call if I really need help. Because I incur a charge every time I dial their number.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I highly recommend. I am a physician and own my own private medical practice. Blade is my IT company. They solved a complicated IT problem urgently on a moments notice at 4:30p on a Friday and saved the day! All employees I have interacted with have been diligent, thorough, and are able to explain things to me with normal (non IT) language to make things easy to comprehend for me with no IT background.
