I have several large non-IBM machines that we use in helping the clerical needs on Wildfires. As you can imagine keeping them supported on often moving trailers in dirty environments. I found the knowledge and the effort made by the employees to be excellent beyond reproach. They even helped me by bringing materials to the fire an 1 1/2 hours away. This is a professional shop ran by people that have a deep knowledge of the industry
