I've worked with Rick and team at Synux for YEARS. Maybe 10+? Rick is always ready with an answer, and can solve anything that has a solution. Rick has saved my butt more than a few times, with big and small issues, and has often served as a resource charging little or nothing for the help. He's also quite a card, and his humor is a nice change from the IT norm. I would recommend Synux to anyone needing IT help, just prepare your gut muscles for a good laugh.
