We upgraded our sonicwall firewall from Western NRG and now our firewall is managed by them. I got their information from Dell and i was surprised how good their customer service is. Price was fair even lower than some online competitors. less than 15mint downtime on installation ( Plug n play ) and engineer ( Alejandro Paris) is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable, instructing each step at the time of installation. Paul Garcia is also great salesman, he wont try to up sale you he will understand your need and suggest you the best possible options. Keep it up guys.best wishes.

Western NRG are the SonicWall masters. On top of a great sales and integration team, their support is unmatched. Even if you currently have an active support contract with Dell, I would HIGHLY recommend contacting this company if you want true professionals assisting with your firewall/networking needs.

Western NRG, set up and now monitors and maintains our firewall. Their service is phenomenal as are their expertise. Their network troubleshooting has saved our butts on several occasions, despite our problems not coming from the firewall. I can't recommend them highly enough.
