I am a former Altos employee. I had to leave due to some new and exciting plans that came up in my life; however, I left with much love and gratitude for the Altos team. The work that Altos produces is top quality. My favorite thing about working there was that the top priority is client satisfaction. I'm not a fan of working for someone that is focused only on making numbers. I've worked in that environment before and it is NOT fun.
But Altos cares about making a change. Knowing that we were helping our clients make their job easier and hearing our clients' feedback was so motivating, because we could see that the work we were all putting in was producing great results. Altos offers an array of services. I loved seeing how each department does their own thing but we would all help out our clients in our own way.
I loved what I did and I am grateful for everything I learned as well as for all the people I met. It's such a great balance of a professional work relationship and also feeling like a little family. We all celebrated each other's successes and everyone is always willing to help each other in anything the other person may need. The owners are kind, generous, and down to earth, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Altos has provided a family oriented work environment for their employees. They take the time to help each person grow at their own pace. Anjay has taken the time to be a leader to his team.
