I don't know that I would trust this company. HAD a monthly contract. They don't replace parts at proper p/m intervals. They would reset counters any time a consumable was due.no wonder my copier was DOWN EVERY MONTH. Our IT personnel ended up finding out that they aren't even factory certified on most of the equipment yet they claim to be. Ugh, to make matters worse, we ended up finding out that the refurbished copier that was purchased wasn't actually refurbished. it was merely cleaned up and checked for only obvious issues.
The final straw was when we had been told that the power supply on our copier was no longer available. BS! I found the part available from numerous vendors around the internet. They try and cut corners and costs left and right leaving the customer with a permanent "lemon" Remember, the service offered here is one that should keep your copier up and running. We switched to C3 and couldn't be happier.
